We use Stripe and Take Payments as our payment providers, which offers a secure and reliable service for both online and in-person payments. Take payment also provides us with a payment gateway and a card reader.

Online Payments

When you place an order on our website, you will be redirected to Stripe payment gateway, where you can enter your card details and complete the payment. You will receive a confirmation email with your order details and a receipt.

We do not store your card details on our website or on our servers. All card transactions are encrypted and processed by Stripe, which complies with the Payment Card Industry Data Security Standard (PCI DSS).

In-Person Payments

When you visit our store you can pay us using our Take Payment card reader, which accepts contactless, chip, and swipe payments. You can also use your mobile phone or smartwatch to pay with Apple Pay, Google Pay, or Samsung Pay.

We will ask you to enter your PIN or sign the receipt for verification. You can choose to receive a receipt by email or text message.

Virtual Terminal

If you prefer to pay over the phone or by email, we can use our Take Payment virtual terminal to process your card payment. We will ask you to provide your card details, such as the card number, expiry date, and CVV code. We will also ask you to confirm your billing address and email address.

We will enter your card details into the Take Payment virtual terminal, which will process the payment and send you a confirmation email with a receipt.

We do not store your card details on our phone or on our computer. All card transactions are encrypted and processed by SumUp, which complies with the Payment Card Industry Data Security Standard (PCI DSS).

Refunds and Cancellations

If you are not satisfied with your online purchase or in store purchase you want to cancel it, please contact us within 14 days of receiving your order. We will issue a full refund to your original payment method within 7 days of receiving your request for items which were not custom made.

For custom made items should the customer not be fully satisfied after receiving the finished product please contact us within 14 days and a replacement or alternation will be made, a refund may be given in extenuating circumstances with the expecting of the non refundable deposit for cost of materials.

Workshops Terms and Conditions

By booking a workshop with Creature Comforts Upholstery, you

2. **Cancellations**: - Cancellations made up to 48 hours prior to the workshop are eligible for a full refund.

- Cancellations made within 48 hours of the workshop are non- refundable.

3. **Minimum Participant Requirement**: - If the workshop does not meet a minimum of 2 participants, the event will be cancelled. In this case, you will be offered a full refund

or the option to move to an alternative date.

4. **Disability Disclosure**: - If you have any disabilities that need to be accommodated, please disclose this information prior to the workshop by contacting the shop.

5. **Dietary Requirements**: - Any dietary requirements or allergies must be communicated at

least 48 hours before the workshop.

6. **Health and Fitness**:- Please ensure that you are fit and able to stand for a minimum of 3 hours during the workshop.
